A practical portfolio
From foundations and drainage to underpinning and external works, every project is planned around the property, access and the work that follows. We will continue to add genuine case studies and site photography as projects are completed.
External works
External works planned around the site, access and the next stage of construction. A particularly difficult site on a singletrack road. On a sloping site of approx 45degree, we built a raft foundation with retaining walls to the rear. All to engineered specifications. The structure was water tight to accommodate habitable rooms and lower ground floor level and parking at upper ground floor level.

Groundworks progress from a Tredegar project. Not for the faint hearted! single track access on the side of a mountain. Lower ground floor was 6m below road level.

We then cut into the site and retained sufficient spoil on site to enable earth molding to the structures perimeter. This saved the client considerable expense in muck away from site.
